Proposed outline:

• Different ways we determine worth, and why this is important for boozers.
• Messages we get from family (and the universe) about worth.
• How do we construct our own ideas of worth, if we get to start from zero.
• Going forward, how do we protect our ideas of worth, how do we make things 'concrete' in our head.

* Since this is only the second time I'm doing this workshop, I have presented an outline here, but as the class goes on, it may deviate from this outline. Your participation means that you will assist me in shaping how the class goes, what topics we discuss, and how much time is spent on each chunk.

Painting

Add on a copy of the painting used in the class banner above. This is a 'worth' painting. It's you sitting down for a nice cup of coffee on a patio in Paris. The artist is my lovely husband (thanks Mr. Belle!). I've asked, and he has kindly agreed, to do a limited edition of 10 original paintings. Each one is original, based on the same photograph, just like the example above. There will be slight differences between each canvas, but every one will be a unique, just-for-you-canvas (repainted each time, not a print or a photograph). This is NOT a print on canvas. This is an actual, real-live painting. For you. Because you're worth this. Dimensions: 30 x 24 cm (12" x 9.5"), acrylic on wrapped canvas. Canvas does not need to be framed, edges are black, you can hang it on the wall as-is. Once painted, it takes about a week to dry, and then you get an email when it's wrapped and in the mail. Shipping is $15 worldwide.
