Girl Named Sam (day 857): “Belle, I am loving these live videos. More tools. With these videos, you are bringing our sober selves into the real world and showing us ‘how to be.’ The monologue in your brain, that you share with us (as you charmingly walk around talking to yourself) is what goes on in my brain too. Love seeing what you see. Proof positive one can live, even in Paris, and be sober. Keep it up and THANK YOU.”
Sober Sass (day 10): “This is awesome Belle, thanks for the visual too, day ten today 💕”

Hi Belle, just wanted to say thank you & to introduce myself. My names Louise & I’m (almost!) 49. I am a different type of drinker – the majority of the time I only drink twice a week (Friday & Saturday) without any difficulty. My problem is the amount I drink on those 2 evenings – I don’t have an off switch & the more I drink the more I want to drink. My last drink was on 4 January, just drinking at home with my hubby (he only had 3 beers) when I drank far too much (wine from a box so not sure how much but must have been at least a couple of bottles worth, possibly more) & woke up with a hangover when we had visitors coming for a meal. That was when I decided I had to accept I had a problem & had to stop. I didn’t drink that evening with our guests, a first for me! I have not drank since. I’m not counting my sobriety in days as Sunday to Thursday are no problem to me, I am 1.5 weekends sober!
