This is Sober Podcast Episode #172 for my weekly sober podcast series.
OK, it happened. The radio interview i’ve been talking about has been recorded. Here it is.
Triple R Radio (RRR 102.7 FM Melbourne), on the show ‘Multi-Storied’ with Elizabeth McCarthy & Louise Irving, recorded live December 7, 2016
I’m glad it’s done, and I’m glad I got to practise with so many of your questions in advance. It went better than I thought it would, which is good, considering i didn’t sleep much the night before!
Usually i only put up an extract of the podcast and then tell you to go buy the whole thing and/or to sign up for the monthly podcast subscription.
But today I’d like you to listen to this audio in its entirety.
Listen now 🙂 My only request is that you leave a comment. Feedback is crucial. hugs from me

Thanks for all you do Belle!! Your interview was on point…🙂. You are a rock to many, myself included
I appreciated listening to this as its sounds so much like me. I get to 10 days tho before I start listening to the voices in my head then cave in. Not this time. Thank you.
There I am. January 2017. I remember it well. I was so relieved I had found someone on the internet to work with. You were a god send for me Belle! And still are. 2017 began my awakening…..thank you❤️
Still a great interview!
You did a great job on the interview. I liked how the radio hosts gave a knowing giggle when you talked about thinking about drinking. When can I drink ,will there be enough. Were is the waiter!!
I hope your interview inspired a lot more people to take s break and reevaluate.
Scrappy
Thank you!
made me realize that reaching out, even over the internet, can be very helpful and can make a real difference. Made me believe it more. Also, caused me to reflect that my (long) period of over drinking coincided with a period of great isolation. Less isolated now, and trying to become even less so.
I’m converted! Hearing you on the RRR that day (yes I’m a Melbourne girl) was a light bulb moment for me. In fact I started my own blog a week later in the hope that I find the support that you did when you were starting out. My D-Day is 1 Jan and I cant bloody wait. Thank you Belle xK
