New podcast for my weekly sober podcast series. You’re familiar with the one-minute audios. These are longer, meatier.

In this episode #165, I talk about adding more layers of support to your sober toolkit, like adding layers of blankets to the bed.

If you relapse (fall out of bed) and get back in with the same 3 blankets and you don’t add more, then you’re still going to be cold. you’ll still fall out of bed. so you know, you need to add more blankets. you add more support (many mixed metaphors here!).
