Turns out that motivation needs to be applied daily. Who knew? All the things we do to be sober, our sober supports — we think other people are magically getting along without boosts to their energy. And we’re wrong 🙂

I stopped by because I was having a panick attack. I’ve learned over the last 107 days to just hunker down and ride them through.
