Thanks to the Tiny Gift Button
Used some tiny gift money to get myself some treats this morning. Just put Mr. B on a plane to go home for a funeral.
Feel guilty having yummy food without him. Trying to take good care of me while his family takes good care of him.
Today begins with a run (in the 11C sun!), a cup of tea, and then i’m going to have some of this still-warm rotisserie chicken.
Followed by the cherry/pistachio tartelette.
Followed by a hockey game.
Followed by a nap.
Followed by another nap.
What a lovely day. Sorry for mr belle’ s family loss.
Tulips…..my favorite! Was hockey exciting? I was watching the baby eaglet! He is so cute but his overprotective mama is in the way of the camera. 🙂
I didn’t know about the Tiny Treat button! Sending you my treat money for this day, Sunday, will be the best treat I’ve had so far in this journey.
The Tiny Gift button, that is!
Yummy!
I agree…What a beautiful pic! I’m so grateful I found this blog. It’s not about the hardship, but about the joy and celebrations of being able to tackle this thingy 😉 Enjoy your treat, you are so worth it!
Good choices, Belle. It all looks beautiful in the photograph. And, there is nothing better than roast chicken to feel comfort and cozy. Nice to be thanked and remembered…that was months ago…sweet.

Day 4, treated my self to a facial yesterday…divine!
What a beautiful picture–that in itself is a treat for me! Enjoy your day.

I am glad you are taking good care of yourself!
Sounds like a good day. Sometimes being home alone is a treat in itself. I’m off to a new farm shop/garden centre. My hubby is away too, and I’m on the hunt for treats.
