This may end up as a duplicate comment-first one disappeared–but good thought for the day and beautiful flower pictures.

I told Belle that this photo assignment was a nice way to say ‘hello and goodbye’ to my flowers in the garden before the snow comes. Taking the pictures made me realize how many times I take the beautiful flowers in my garden for granted. I took the time to plant them and water them and then I walk by them and ignore them most times. That goes for a lot of things in life. What do we take for granted or assume will always be there?

Being sober makes me more aware of the little precious things around me and it makes me more grateful. You too? 🙂
